The only problem with waiting is the possibility that you will become too

ill to have surgery at all, and that has happened to some.

Just go to a really good p.s. who does it right and you will

improve. There is no guarantee that you will not be worse for a short time

or at times off and on for a while, but you will get better.

Please don'y be too scared- getting those toxic bags out of you is the best thing you could do. I am so sorry that you have been through all of this - I can't imagine how hard it has been. I have only been sick for about 5 years - I had saline textured implants for 7 years. I had four operations due to complications - the last was for explant almost one year ago. I never go a day without thatking god that I found this group and the truth they represent. They will only make you sicker if you leave them in - had I realized the truth 4 years ago I would probably be fine now but as usual - the doctors said it wasn't the implants so I waited like an idiot. I have never regretted getting rid of the implants.Since mine were saline they were massively contaminated with mold and fungas.

In my opinion - and I am certainly not a doctor - is that most of the women that get explanted and get sicker for a while are the ones with a lot of mold and contamination. I think in my case (opinion only) that the implants were so full of crap it stirred it up anf since one implant weighed 30 cc's less upon removal I think a lot of junk that was stuck in the capsule (mold) go released into my system when it was removed. Immediately upon explant I got a massive case of CostoChondritis - inflammation of the rib tissue. this lasted for 6 months and is still a little tender today. Within a month after the explant I started getting sinus infections - over and over again. they got so bad in November my husband took me to the hospital as my face was warm and swollen with it. They immediately sent me to a specialist - to make a long story short, I had two sinus operations between Nov 18 and Dec 10. I still have this infection and antibiotics won't kill it. I strongly think that I "crashed" because all this mess was released into my body from the contaminated saline.

The reason I said all of that stuff is that maybe since yours are silicone, once you remove them you will see a great improvement and won't get any worse after explant like some of us did. Regardless, You MUST remove them to get better - no matter what. We are here for you and I will say a prayer for you tonight

love

Shari

You know what Shari, i have had two surgeries already on my sinuses, one was an emergency as i couldn't take any antibiotics with a severe reaction, i hear you on getting them removed, do you think its easier if they are hard that maybe they can get it all out because of that because saline stays saline (like water correct) which could be worse , i am waiting to hear from someone here that maybe can direct me in the right direction as far as a doctor in my area.....NY is the closest to me and i know there has to be at least one there, at least i am praying.....thank you for the prayers, i really appreciate it, i have been sick since i had these put it, it started 6 months after and hasn't stopped, tired of the pain and illnesses and surgeries etc etc.....take care and again thank you for reassuring me....BJ

Mayo Clinic says most sinus infections are fungal in nature, and most

allergies caused by fungus.

Which way did you go? I have a hard time buying the 'one in a million' thing due to the fact that they really know that IV steroids aren't entirely safe, and they don't really know about long term effects. Maybe it's just me, but I don't completely trust doctors. There are lots of people who think LDN caused this or that, but nothing is proven. I say keep a positive attitude, and believe that it WILL help you. 4.5 mg of LDN is about the size of a grain of sand. All along I've thought that there is no way it can hurt me. There's probably more arsenic in my well water, but it hasn't hurt me either...not that I know of! Good luck! Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell.
