--->elaine, it depends on how much you take. i started out taking 4 scoops

per day. i did that for a week or two, then dropped down to 2 scoops/day. i

just looked at the container, and it doesn't say how many scoops it

contains, but maybe that info is online somewhere. i'm doing well on 2

scoops so will stick with it. i don't recall exactly how long ago i opened

this container, but i think it was about 3 weeks ago, and it's still half

full. i also give a pinch to my dogs every day. so, i'm thinking i might go

through a container (of the powder, not tablets) every few months.

also, i get it at iHerb (http://www.iherb.com) for $31.50 minus my 4%

discount for being a repeat customer. you get 2% off your first purchase,

then 4% thereafter.

Hello all. I started taking 12 scoops a day of the primal defense,

for about 2 weeks now.(I got the powdered form-I feel it absorbs

better ). Anyway, I would like to say thank you for those who

reccommened it. My skin has cleared up(hope this is not a jinx by

saying that.LOL). BUT it is making me SOOO itchy everywhere!!!. I am

going to stick out the itchiness for another week, maybe it is just a

herex. Anyone else have this also? I am going to juice fast this

weekend, and maybe do a coffee enema to help flush the yeast out! I

am at my boyfriend's house, and do not want to do the enema here..LOL

I think it will help to stop the itchiness. Is that a good idea to

help the yeast get out of me? I am glad I am having a reaction. I

have been doing some detoxing, and have not been reacting to many

things. hope all you nice ladies are doing well. hugs. dimonds
