Please reconsider replacing your implants with saline - they are no better than silicone and if they leak they can be worse. The saline water does not remain sterile and hosts all kinds of organisms and mold which will make you very sick - I can attest to that! Find a way to get them removed - as soon as you can, and don't look back!! They are toxic wastebags like little timebombs waiting to explode. We all have almost the same symptoms - even if you replace with saline, the shell is still silicone. please let me knoe if I can help or you have any questions
