Beth, use L-Glutamine to curb the sugar cravings ! Natural amino acid that

keeps Serotonin levels up, open capsule under your tongue when craving is

really bad, otherwise take 2 am, 2 pm.

I also use hypnosis to develop a revulsion for sweet tastes, working almost

too well for me, even sweet perfume makes me gag now.

Beth, I felt worse after explant- about 2 weeks after. I remember that my neurological symptoms got worse, like the numbness and tingling. And stiffness! Oh my lord, for me the stiffness in my hands and the numbness in my feet were the last thing to go away!

I truely think explant, as Dr Kolb told me stirs things up. Beth, reallly I was questioning if I should have been explanted for a while. I felt so much worse. But I also noticed some of my symptoms did end, if I realy stopped thinking about all the bad (which is hard, as those are usually the worst, most noticable ones) some things immediatly subsided like these weird twitches in my legs and arms, and headaches, and pain in the neck where it meets the back of the head. Those went away immediatly... Hang in there, the b12 shots should help. There may be neurological damage from the implant,s but it can stop there, if treated properly. i am wondring if I will always have some numbness in my feet with no further reprocusions, as some damage has been done, but has since stopped. I havent got any worse with it for over 3 years. So thats good.

A year after , I have hardly any, if minimal- joint pain in hands and feet, and do not have headaches, neck stiffness, twitching, loss of vision, (no new prescriptions in eye glasses everyyear) no more senstivites to sunlight, perfumes, noise, and most foods, clumbsiness, brain fog, feeling of falling over, numbness or tingling in my face, yeast outbreaks, cold sores, constipation, blotchy skin, (look at my before and after pics, you can see my skin was blotchy but not after explant-I always looked like I had poor circulation) dizziness, cognitive problems, depression, and rashes I was also told I had rheumatoid arthrits- due to differnt blood factors and symptoms that are gone, and a positive ANA, and now that is now gone.

Beth, remember the one good thing in all of this, if you detox (the baths are good, hot as you can take it) and clean up, no further damge should occur. that is good. With the implants, it was as spiral downfalll the last years yrs in health. You are giving your body the only chance of recovery. Explant, and detoxing. loveyou,
