Vaccination - Help -- for Child Custody Case

I am so sorry to hear about this. My ex was a narcissistic type too and did

take our 4 year old to a doctor when he had visitation and had her

vaccinated with everything they had in order to hurt me. I definitely feel for

your

daughter and her little one. Is the Dad willing to spend a lot of money to

get his way?

I mean sometimes they will back down when it comes to the dollars.

My first thought would be to find a doctor who could give her a medical

exemption due to family medical history. I do not know who this doctor might

be

but maybe there is one out there somewhere. With the new information coming

out about mitochondrial susceptibility, maybe she could be tested for that.

Does she have religious beliefs that would contradict vaccines. I would

certainly research that. She is not negligent and glad that you are all behind

her on this. Please keep us updated on her situation.

to do so and to not vaccinate after being asked to by the father

would be medical negligence on his part! He also said that he is not

obligated to inform the mother should this happen or any other office

visits by the father.

The father is telling the doctor that he has custody! This is not

true. This has not gone to court yet.

The icing on the cake is that we already have a family member with

Autism, my little sister died at 29 from Encaphaletitis after she and

her son were medicated for Chicken Pox (her son survived), and we

have a diagnosed family history of Porphyria. There is long history

of Epileptic Seizure disorders on both sides of the family (baby's

father has Epilepsy) and the baby suffers from Asthma and is

hospitalized often.

What we need:

My daughters divorce attorney needs to be armed with as much info as

possible to help save our little boy from becoming a tragic

Vaccination statistic. We need to fight the fight as well as pave the

way for those who will be behind us.

Please point me in the right direction for Doctors, parents, Lawyers,

Information, other similar experiences or court cases, Media

coverage, anything and anyone to help support our desperate plea and

assist my daughters attorney in court.

I would just like to add this thought...what about your daughter

giving this form to her child's pediatrician, in case the husband DOES

I especially love the line " I further agree that if my earnings are

Just in case the ex-husband actually does take your grandson to the

doctor for the vaccinations...heh! No doctor in their right mind

would sign it, and if he does, then if there are complications (knock

on wood there wouldn't be any) but then the doc is responsible for

vaccine-injuries acquired. I went to the doctor for my first childs'

well-baby visit armed with this consent form and she wouldn't sign it,

so I wouldn't vaccinate.

This whole story made me hyperventilate; I feel really panicked for

your grandson! I'm afriad if someone threatened to do that to my

child, my mother bear nature would kick in and I'd go off the deep

end... I can't say what I'd do for sure, but wow! My heart goes out

to your poor grandson who is stuck in the middle of such a HORRIBLE

situation that he has no control over nor deserves. What your

daughter's ex is doing is child abuse, and the doctor is just as

guilty, too. I will be praying for this to have a good outcome for

your grandson... please keep us posted!

I like Kris's suggestion for the doctor's vaccine consent form. Go a

step further, too... on top of asking that the doc sign that consent

form, ask your daughter's lawyer to present to his lawyer an Affidavit

for him to sign stating that he (the father) agrees that if he chooses

to vaccinate the child against her wishes and the child is injured in

any way (state specifics such as develops Encaphaletitis, ever

develops diabetes, ever develops asthma (or asthma worstens, I think

you stated he has asthma already), ever develops cancer, ever suffers

any form of ASD, ADD, ADHD - stick as much stuff and you can think of

here!) that he will bare sole responsibility for the costs of care for

the rest of her son's natural life and will hold your daughter

harmless from any monetary liability incurred for any vaccine injury.

Make his wallet talk, since he doesn't posess a heart, a shread of

compassion for his son, or a BRAIN at the moment! Surely he knows the

risks of vaccination if he was on board until the separation.

My aunt has six grown children that were not vaccinated (all super healthy,

might I add) and I believe that she had a form very similar to that that she got

from an attorney way back when. She actually brought it to school when they

hassled her about not having vaccinated her children. They of course, never

signed it and never hassled her again! I love that form and will definitely be

printing it out for my 4 month appointment coming up on April 28th. Thanks!
