Guest guest
I'm behind on posts, so forgive the delay on this. First of all a cold is just that - a cold. No biggy. A nuisance, really. Mine don't get them very often any more and when they do, I give them an echinacea, elderberry, larch-tree extract supplement several times a day, vitamin C in much higher doses, garlic supplements, up their probiotics and try to make sure they cut way back on their sugar (which, if they have a cold, it usually means that they've been OD'ing on sugar in the past few days or weeks). I think homeopathy is a great treatment for colds as well, but I am not talented at all in repertorizing colds, so I don't much bother anymore with colds. : ) Usually their symptoms are quite mild and they're recovered in a few days! For us, the key has been to boost their immune systems so that they don't generally get these anyway. Good luck, Sheri B. www.shaklee.net/simplevitality Creating healthier lives for over 52 years Sharing Shaklee for the health of it! ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ You rock.
