Yes, but:

Not every surgery leaves a foreign object in your body that your immune

system can reject.

I don't agree with the statement that when you get implants, you have the same chance of getting sick as with any other surgery. They put a silicone bag in your body!!!! Please read this excerpt from an article in the United Press International. I could throw statistics and quotes from doctors at you all day, but if having larger breasts is more important to you than your health, you won't listen anyway.

Women with breast implants are significantly more likely to

die of brain cancer, respiratory-tract diseases and suicide

than normal, repor t researchers at the National Cancer

Institute in Bethesda, Md., the National Institute of Health's

cancer-research wing.

Medical scientists have found that women with implants had

double the risk of dying from brain cancer than other female

plastic surgery patients. The research team compared these

two groups because these women tend to come from the same

economic and social backgrounds, therefore minimizing the

chance that lifestyle was responsible for this deadly difference.

The rates of all the lethal problems the researchers found also

are higher in women with implants than the general population.

Subject: IMPLANT PROBLEMS

In reponse to having implants and having problems...I think you probably have the same chance of having problems as any other surgery.

I think all of you can give me a nod on that statement.
