Guest guest
you can always go to a chinese, vietnamese, or thai grocery store and buy young coconuts. the oil is in the food, as virgin as you can get; the taste is great, and it's easy to use. mike parker On Wed, 9 Jul 2003, knappschiles wrote: > Hi, > > I tried to post this question to the group " coconut-info " several > times, but since it is a moderated group and the moderator-owner sells > virgin coconut oil, he apearently has deemed it " unsuitable " for the > group. Guest guest
Ray Peat actually prefers the RBD oil both for its cheapness and its lack " allergens " as he puts it. So the answer to your question is yes. Guest guest
Connie, It's a good deal, but definitely try it first to see how you like it. If you mostly cook with it, It's fine, IMO. Also, for melting into a tea as a supplement, I'm sure. If you love the vco, you may turn your nose up to it, though... B.
