you can always go to a chinese, vietnamese, or thai grocery store and buy

young coconuts. the oil is in the food, as virgin as you can get; the

taste is great, and it's easy to use.

Ray Peat actually prefers the RBD oil both for

its cheapness and its lack " allergens " as he puts it.

So the answer to your question is yes.

Connie,

It's a good deal, but definitely try it first to see how you like it.

If you mostly cook with it, It's fine, IMO. Also, for melting into a

tea as a supplement, I'm sure. If you love the vco, you may turn your

nose up to it, though...
