How many ?'s do we want on it? I was also just thinking, maybe we

should have an official welcome person who can send it so it's sure to

get sent? Or can you arrange to have do it along with the other

letter you get when you sub?

I am pretty sure it could be arranged to be sent with the initial letter

sent when we join. I don't think it should be too long, or else it may not

get read. We will know by peoples intros if we need to add more to it later

on. But it is mainly the ones we get that generate lots of repeat emails,

we want to put on. The ones that bring people to the group in the first

place. It is important I think to have discussion on the more advanced

questions. You are doing a good job Nita. I am sure whatever you come up

with will be great. Can you please send me a copy of what you have already

directly to my email. I would like to have a look at what you have come up

with. Sounds like you have covered the main questions.
