Guest guest
I though I'd read that some vaccines (and/or the potential reaction, such as flu or chickenpox) can possibly shed or be transmitted to others. Can anyone help me to remember which vaccines this applies to, or doesn't? I just came home from a baby group in which half the group is unvaxed and some of the other babies had actually had their vaccines this morning (a coincidence.) No one else seemed to be concerned that this might pose a problem for the unvaxed babies. For myself, I didn't want my baby to chew on the same toys as the ones who'd just been given vaccines. But I was alone in this stance and it was so awkward. Of course I don't want to make a point of something if I'm just plain wrong! Please help me to separate fact from fiction on this. Thank you!
