Why do I freak out/coughing

My 4 1/2 year old son started coughing last night and it lasted all

through the night. Well he woke up with spots all over his face(broken

blood vessels) & is still coughing & breating a little heavy. I guess I

get so freked out becuase he has only had one vaccine(DTaP at 2 months

& had a horrible reaction). Does anyone have any advice on what he

could be going through. I guess I'm always worried someone will say I

told ya so you should have vaxed him.

Have you tried a humidifier and having him sit up? Also don’t do regular

dairy.. vaccines aren’t a cure-all. If you did vaccinate, he’d still get

sick and he might even have been sicker than if you don’t.. it seems to

me that parents who don’t vax worry more and seem to forget that vaxxed

kids still get sick. A lot more. Vaccines and formula, are imo, the open

invite for germs to just bombard little bodies.

Talk to a homeopath and see if there’s anything you can give that will

help.

Of course at some point you’re going to have someone say ‘well you

should have vaxxed’…. That mistaken notion runs very deep in our minds

and in society. However, it is not true. The best thing you can do is to

not vax. The doctors will not be able to tell you if your child will be

“OK” or if he’ll get damage.. no one can answer that til the deed is

done. It’s not worth the risk to me. Jon and and (w/o me

knowing) got cp. ..maybe not .. but probably. Jon and did

when it first came out and I was pregnant with .. I roll my eyes

and kick myself now. I actually ASKED them if they can give it…thinking,

like everyone else, that vaccines protect.

But when we nonvaxxers get worried that “maybe we should have vaxxed”..

have faith in your gut and in your decision. You can’t keep 2nd guessing

yourself, you’ll go batty doing it. Like dh tells me, you can’t keep

being wishy-washy. Well I’m not on all my decisions….vaxxing is one that

I’m absolutely sealed in stone sure on.. I WILL NOT vax and I will not

ever be 2nd guessing myself. Keep learning until you are firmly

convinced one way or the other. You can’t be divided.

I’d go for calling my homeopath and giving some remedy and keeping them

in til I knew what the source was. Maybe even make some chicken soup and

have them rest for a day.

I agree, Nita. I think we non-vaxers worry more about because we don't depend on

the ped to do our thinking for us. It's on us to be the detectives and it's all

" on the job training. " That's why groups like this are so helpful. When you're

in the middle of it, it's easy to forget such basics as a humidifier or no

dairy. Good advice!

Thank you for your answer I feel like I knew a lot but just get freaked out. The

thing is were I live there are no Homeopaths close buy at all.

My closest is 90 miles away. We’ve talked on the phone so far. Also,

because I have the 50 remedy kit from Washington homeopathics, I have

not had to buy extra remedies yet

Well someone very well might say that but doesn't mean its true.

How is he today? There is a coughing thing that's been hitting many

many people

he is better able to handle anything because he has had few vaccines

I am 2 days behind on email so will see if anyone else has helped you
