Guest guest
I am beginning to panic so any advice would be deeply appreciated. Last week 2 of my children were put on antibiotics for strep, today my oldest was diagnosed with strep. I am worried about my 10 month old getting it. She has a cough, seems a bit irritable, and breathing sounds congested. She is nursing fine and playing. Can anyone give any advice? I have just contacted my holistic dr and am waiting for him to get back to me but sometimes he's out of town. Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi -- Keep BFing your little one (and make sure you're eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies, preferably raw), you're giving him/her the best protection they can get. I've found that building my kids immune system is the only real defense to what they're exposed to.
