Suspension of Registration

Due to circumstances of the Secretariate we regret to inform you that

we would suspend the receptions of registration for a while. We

apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As for the resumption

of registrationC it will be announced on this official website. The

deadline of the early registration fee is also suspended accordingly.
