If you drink teas, you might wanna do a google search on flouride on tea leaves.

Even our healthy cups are contaminated.

It is all around us. They make it impossible to avoid it all. The only thing we

can do is keep away from the things we can, and build better immunity, to combat

those we can't. I can avoid vaccines, and flouridated water for instance. But

there are now reports water tanks can be contaminated. Can get ours tested to

find out. But if you have contaminated tank water, bore with too much calcium,

and chemically treated town water to choose from. Then what do you do, short of

spend lots of money on water purifiers. I don't believe we have a problem with

our tank. But it is something I have to check into. If it so happens there is a

problem. Then I will have to find a solution. At the end of the day, we have to

look around every corner. There are toxins lurking everywhere. And they

especially like to hide them in our food. Fieldman Food additives and brain damageThey wonder

what is wrong with our children today. Between the vaccines, infant formula,

food additives, pesticides, chemicals and contaminated water....it's amazing any

of us are still alive!Food additives 'could be as damaging as lead in

colours are set to be removed from hundreds of products after a team of

university researchers warned they were doing as much damage to children's

brains as lead in petrol.(this is in the UK--will US consumers wise up and

demand similar changes?) Don't miss this link posted below for infant formula

I do . I am a huge tea drinker. The black tea too. I know I should be

drinking green tea. But I can't get it strong enough. But this is what I mean.

No matter how hard we try, there are still things we are not aware of, or can't

avoid. I can give up tea. But it would be a huge ask for me. I most certainly

have a caffienne addiction. But if I had a choice of buying a brand that does

not have flouride, then I would definately change. I use Dilmah. I am going to

have a look at this now. Thanks for that.

You're in Australia, aren't you, ? We get our tea from IGA - and I

always buy Nerada organic tea. Dh has the regular and I have the

decaffeinated - had to change to accommodate my homeopathic remedies. It's

lovely tea. Like you, I cannot bring myself to convert to green. And black

does have health benefits.
