Thanks , yes I am still on pain meds. I'm at a dosage finally

where I can function. And you're right about the exercise, I'm going

to start soon. I replied to your other post saying that with summer

coming it will be much easier - I have a pool so I will be in it

every day. I'll get a lot more exercise than I did all winter. I'm

looking forward to it!
