Guest guest
We did a hair analysis test for heavy metals, www.doctorsdata.com is the group. I had to use pubic hair since I highlight my hair. There are more extensive tests a hospital can do, urine, blood, etc, it can get really indepth. But this is a simple test that is very accurate. I was really expecting everything to be in the normal range, so much has been a dead end. I was stunned when Dr. Kolb called me this morning to tell me. I can't figure out if the stuff was leaking out of there or what. I just read on the Mentor site that they use tin as a catalyst in the implants, had no idea. At any rate, I am going in to talk to Dr. Kolb next week about heavy metal detoxing. Love, Beth > > Hi everyone, > > > > I got my test results back and my tin levels were in the 95 > > percentile!! Guest guest
Hi Beth, There is a suppository that you can get on line that works almost just as well as chelation for about 1/3 of the cost. My brother did this to get his metals down. I would search for it under suppository chelation. Love Judi
Guest guest
Thats common , Dr Kolb also saw those levels in my hair anaylsis, and was not suprised. She sees that alot. Also, I saw that alpha lipotic acid is one in question that may be affecting you, Ill let you know, it may be because it works,as it repairs your nerves and mylethin shealths. You are experiencng a worsening of symptoms, as any type of healing will do that. Like a herx. Most dcs recommend that for MS patients as it has been proven to repair nerves, and all.I would stay on it, just taper downa bit and then increase to tolerance. Also , omega's like Flax or fish oil are highly beneficial to your imunity and also with repairing nerves. Lubrication baby. And progesterone too. Ask Dr Kolb to test your hormones levels too. I hope I catch your phone call!Been there with this crap, Beth. It is so scary! But gets better. Remember I was tested for MS twice. ARG! Guest guest
Thank you ! What would I do without you all for support? ok, so your levels were high too. What did you do to get them down? I can't afford IV chelation, I am SO broke. I am doing all this without the support of my insurance company and it will be next January before I can switch. Did you feel the high tin, etc levels were responsibible for the numbness and tingling? Love, Beth >
Guest guest
Thanks Patty. This is pretty overwhelming. I have met so many dead ends I really was not expecting the hair analysis to show anything. So, I'm still sort of in shock. I will make a list of all of these options and discuss them when I meet with Dr. Kolb next Tuesday. I think for me I will have to go slow. I don't think my body with all its sensitivities could handle IV chelation at this point. I will definitely keep the group posted and I pray my experience will help someone else one day. Guest guest
I totally think that it was metals, like tin, and also yeast. It has gotten a lot better, almost gone. I took chlorella, and an antioxidant formula, along with lots of fiber to wash out.Ill send you what I got at mercola's for the chorella. I def think it was the metals, as it got worse after explant, and that’s when things get stirred up and released. Now you have to get it out. You are on your way, girl! julie Re: got my heavy metals test results back! Thank you ! What would I do without you all for support? ok, so your levels were high too.
