I wish that I could find some kind of supplements that just turned off my sweet cravings. Today, I was crying as I was eating a piece of a chocolate bunny. I was hating myself, like I'm a drug addict! My body is dying for something that's not good for me and I have to control it! I feel agitated when I'm craving sugar.

I finally went to a holistic woman today, who said that I have Candida and the overgrowth of yeast in my body is what's causing the sweet cravings. That sounds so gross, like there is a little chocolate-loving bug living in me! She also said that most people with Candida, usually cry very easily and my husband spoke up and said "that's her all right!"

He gets so irritated when I cry, which makes me cry more.

Let me know if you find a way out of this sweet mess! My # is 702-361-6442 if you want to talk about it!

Love, Daryl

Re: Chocolate Craving...Daryl

Daryl, I have the same cravings! I can not make it through a day without eating some form of chocolate. A few weeks ago for some reason it got worse than normal. It came on me like a tidal wave and I can't stop eating! I gained 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Then I had a bug last week and lost 6. I felt better and was glad I lost the weight (even though it was from throwing up!) and tried to stay away from the sweets. Anyhow, yesterday and today I'm right back where I was with the cravings. I've added back a few pounds already too...uggghhhh. It's especially hard when we have little ones. My boys all love chocolate!I hope you can find someone to watch your little one. It will be so worth it if we can all get together!Pam> > hi everyone!> ok - after all of the posts I am guessing that I shouldn't bother with trying to arrange the Florida thing.. I am sorry and hope it didn't seem like I was pushing coming here on anyone - I was just trying to help and this is really the only place that I can help from. I also thought that it would be less expensive than Hawaii and with nice weather but i have lived here all of my life and sometimes forget that the heat and humidity get to others... I don't even notice it anymore but my hubby has family from up north and they always comment on it. Sun Valley sounds absolutely wonderful to me.... Would there be enough room for everyone? would I have to get a hotel room? I just need to see if I can come up with the funds now that I am not working. I will try to find a way as I really want to come to this reunion & meet all of my sisters! What is the nearest airport so I can check the rates? thanks for the help everyone.> > ps - if anyone would like to come down to florida for the weekend, my home will be open - just let me know!> > love> shari > >
