discovered another lie/coverup!!

Hi everyone

I just needed to vent for a moment... I have been talking lately to a news show about telling my story and I pulled out my medical records to review them in case they needed more info, dates,etc. I have a large file with everything for the last ten years in it as I had an attorney a while back who was trying to take my case and had requested all of them (long story, but they ended up dropping it as the statute of limitations had run out - I just found out that the implants were contaminated upon removal which is coming up on 1 year on Monday but they had faulty valves - the atty just wanted to go after malpractice and not the mfg as he didn't want to get tied up in fed court)... anyways, as people who have read my story may remember, when my ps refused to set me up fro an explant last Feb, I started crying in his office and went to my car for an hour then came back in a demanded that they give me my records. I then went elsewhere and got the explant. The records that my old atty had obtained from his were a LITTLE thicker and more detailed. I was so bummed at my case being dropped I just stuck them in drawer after the atty sent them to me and just now pulled them out. I went through them and found a letter sent to my PS from mentor back in 99 after he replaced a deflation(the same implant that they refused to let me see after removal). he had returned it to them to get his "bogey" and they examined it and gave him a report. it clearly stated that the implant was found to have "foreign yellow and white" material inside of it - obviously contaminated. I never received a call about this report nor did I get a copy. Had I known back then that they were full of fungus I would have had them removed and saved years of pain and suffering. I could have been completely healed right now and not on disability. They left this info out of the medical records that I demanded (and paid them for) - I am guessing it was a mistake that they sent it to the atty. gosh this pisses me off - this was before my son was conceived - I took a chance with his health with the approval of this creep before I knew of the problems with the implants and all the while he already knew at least on was contaminated and all of the fluid had leaked into my body as it was a complete deflation. This is when all of my health problems really got kicked off. it is so unfair that they can do this to us and we have no recourse whatsoever.
