HEllo all. I just went to my Dr. today and found out I am allergic

to milk, wheat, and soy. I don't drink milk anyway, but as a treat I

like a peice of cheese once and a while. I don't eat bread or pasta.

BUT I do enjoy soy, so guess that is out. Anyway this Dr. did a 72

hour allergy test to these things. I could not belive I was allergic

to them . My diet is real cleaned up now. Over 4 yrs and finally a

postive test! so one never knows.

I knew that everytime I had a little bit of pasta I would get

asthma and very fatigued and sick. So it is good to be aware of what

foods can trigger our symptoms, and what ones to eliminate to get rid

of some of our symptoms. Just a thought for all, to maybe find a doc

who will test for food allergies, this could clear up a few things,

and for those trying to change their diets. hugs to all....dimonds
