Drug Resistant Indian NACO strain via ART roll out

Dear All,

The biggest drawback of Govt. provided Rollout ART is limited or short supply of

very limited drugs which in the long run will promote drug resistance.This is

most detrimental.It is better to give full ART will all options lifelong to a

few rather than non evidence based cost restricted,intermittent ART to also a

few.

This is a very dangerous precedent which promotes " Drug Resistant Indian

NACO strain via Rollout ART " which will kill rather than cure Its time that they

scrap this haphazard non evidence based approach and give unlimited ART drug

access to a few.
