OT, BUT NEED A FAST REPSONSE

Is there anyone that can recommend a quality and effective probiotic

for my 15 month old daughter. I cuurently use a brand called Jarrow

and I feel it is effective, but I was wondering if anyone else had any

other opinions as I am always curious to find other options.

i alternate between natures way, udos and natren. i switch strains every two

weeks or so.

I love Jarrow's Baby-dophilus. I tried so many and I still prefer that one.

I use " Udo's Choice Probiotics for Infants " . It's powdered and you

can put it in anything. You can find it in the refrigerated section

of the supplement aisle in your health food store. I give it to my

toddler as well as my infant.

May I ask why you switch strains every 2 weeks?

I use that same one and so far no complaints, but it is the first

and only brand that I have ever used. Thanks!
