Hi all. I know this topic was addressed before on this group, a while back.

WIC is asking me to bring in a copy of my 8mo old's immunization record.

He stopped getting the shots at 2mos old. I live in the state of Florida, is

it required that I bring this in? Is there an alternative document that I

can show them? Thanks!
