Thanks Elissa for writing this post. I too just recently learned about the Vit

K shot -- and have been feeling guilty about not researching it more before the

birth of my now 19 month old. I am expecting a baby this August and am not

going to allow it again in the hospital.

I know the feeling of guilty. But try not to feel gulity'

After all the people you were taught  to trust (allopaths) were either ignorant

or lied to you.

You may want to consider a home birth. Its safer and less expensive.
