1. Pfizer Chantix Smoking Gun Explodes - Shares Fall.

Hundreds of patients taking Pfizer Inc's anti-smoking drug Chantix,

also known as varenicline, have reported vision problems, confusion,

loss of consciousness, heart trouble, depression, suicide and serious

accidents among other problems, researchers said on Wednesday. This

has sent shares of the world's largest drugmaker to their lowest

level since 1997. Researchers at the nonprofit Institute for Safe

Medication Practices, and Wake Forest University said they found

hundreds of reported problems since the drug's 2006 approval. Shares

of the drugmaker fell 1.2 percent to $19.76 in after-hours trading

Wednesday, after finishing regular trading on the New York Stock

Exchange down 4 cents at $20.01.

2. Blatant Double Standards - Bias Over Peer Review Process.

The scientific establishment has been deliberately applying a double

standard to exclude evidence unfavourable to industry. What is worse,

our regulators have accepted all kinds of evidence in approving new

products and processes not just without peer review, but without the

possibility of scrutiny by the public or even by the regulators themselves.

3. HPA Unable To Link UK Measles Outbreak To MMR Shortfall.

What's going on in SE London? According to a BBC report: " Emergency

measures are being implemented to halt a measles outbreak. "

Evidently, there is no clear story about transmission of measles

supporting the case for MMR vaccination, according to the Health

Protection Agency. They have not in this case claimed that the

illness is hitting the unvaccinated, and indeed are taking the

extraordinary step of re-vaccinating those vaccinated as little as a

month later. When the MMR vaccine was introduced in the UK in 1988 it

was " a jab for life " . Within a few years we had the pre-school

booster: now, apparently, it does not ensure protection for one

month. The measles vaccine is not working. More vaccines increase the

risk of adverse reaction.
