Wow! I am so happy for you! That's how I always dream it will happen for me, one day I will realize that only 1 thing would change my health for me(either a vitamin, a food, etc) That's why I keep asking for all your advice everytime I want to try something ,usually I'm lucky enough that someone here will have had experience with it.

Have you tried any Garlic? I'm trying to cut it up as small as I can and swallow it like pills, since the chewing burns my mouth so much. I'm wondering if that is helping anyone else?
