Here in NY, exemptions DO NOT apply for the dept of health " birth

mandate laws " . Most hospitals in NY have adopted the dept of health

birth mandate policies and they will FORCE the Vit K and eye drops

(for sexual disease) on the newborn baby. If you refuse, they have

the right to take your baby away at birth and give the child to CPS -

but after they bring in the police and FORCE the Vit K and eye drops

onto baby anyway. Some people can resort to an EXPENSIVE court-order

before the birth but it's only a " temporary " protection for your

baby... once you get home, expect CPS at your door. And good luck

finding a judge willing to rule that the dept of health is " wrong " .

In NY, midwives are being banned from hospitals and in certain

counties (like here) midwives cannot / will not perform homebirths.

Very FEW hospitals remain in NY which have refused to incorporate the

dept of health birth mandate laws.

If anyone is having birthing trouble in NY, please contact me and I

will help you find a midwife or a safe hospital / birth center that

will still respect a patient's right to choose. Pro-choice places

are difficult to find in NY.

Our third child is NOT vaccinated (and no medical interventions

whatsoever). He didn't receive the Vit K, eye drops, nothing -- and

was born an all-natural water birth with hypnobirthing techniques

(Lamaze can be bad). Especially compared to our first 2 children,

our third is 100% perfect and so advanced its miraculous... we now

know what it's like to have a HEALTHY baby! We had to jump through

serious loops to ensure a " safe delivery " here in NY. Many families

have to go underground, so to speak, as to protect their unborn

babies and children in NY (especially upstate NY).

When pregnant (and I'm still nursing) I had/have a daily intake of

Vit K rich foods - must be organic and pure. This DOES help, despite

what mainstream medicine will tell you. A good prenatal vit when

pregnant is from Source Naturals (the pharma prenatal vitamins used

by OB's are bad-bad-bad). After my baby was born, my midwife said

that I had one of the healthiest looking placentas she ever saw.

Also avoid early cord-clamping...
