Will homeopathy cure hepatitis C?

Can some of the people who are very knowledgable about homeopathy help

me answer my question? Dh has hepatitis C and i've been wondering if

homeopathy can cure him, not just improve but actually get ride of the

virus so it becomes nondetectable? Before we go and waist money i

wanted to know if this kind of disease would react favorable to

homepathic treatments.
