Guest guest
Okay so after reading the excellent info on the titers, I am now going to get retested and check my titers. I was tested in Argentina but although the lab gave the titer info for Rubeola they only said no antibodies for varicella. I really need to know. I am 41 and still breastfeeding my first daughter and want to get pregnant again later this year. At one time I thought about getting the Varicella vaccine but luckily I didn't...of course the reason why was the doctor said simply oh you're breastfeeding you shouldn't get it. errrr what about you might expose your one month old daughter to varicella...or any other issues they could have explained. anyway, in the absence of having titers, does anyone know how else to survive being an adult with no CP immunity and with little children? I certainly don't want shingles, I already have Herpes and that's enough for me! We plan to unschool but we still do attend playgroups with other non vacced kids as well as going to public play places sometimes. Any comments please? Thanks in Savannah, GA
