Guest guest
The billboard has been great! We have been getting tons of questions from people. I have parents asking questions, kids asking questions, etc.. One of the children in Marina's class is seeing our immunologist this month. IVIG Living sent me an email because they would like to interview Ashton. I have to contact them next week. I am just thankful that she isn't as scared to talk about it now. She is starting to realize that she can talk about it and people don't think she is a freak. In fact, the photographer was surprised at how pretty she was. I just wanted to say to him, " Do you think that just because people look good, they aren't dealing with health issues? " He gave me the impression that he thought she was going to have some strange physical defect or something like that. She is very thin, that is all. Also, about warts and moluscum, we are dealing with them too. Ashton's immunologist is doing a study where they inject candida into the wart. They have an 87% success rate so far. They tried it with Ashton, but no response. They are assuming that it is because of her immune system. She has been having them frozen, and we are having success with that. The original ones are still there, they were the largest. The moluscum are gone and have been for quite a few months now. The plantar warts are the only ones remaining. The dermatologist wants me to joint the study if this last freezing of mine doesn't work. My immune system is questionable, but it will be interesting to see if it works. Guest guest
, Was there any particular treatment that finally got rid of the molluscum..or did they finally just go away on their own? My 4 year old has been dealing with them for 2 1/2 years. We have tried Aldara, Lemon Myrtle & the blister beetle juice. They go away with treatment, but then she just gets a whole new crop of them. I am currently trying Tagament (I read it makes the body reject the virus?). Thanks! Becki Re: Billboard The billboard has been great! We have been getting tons of questions from people. Guest guest
, Can you e-mail a picture of the billboard? I would love to see it. What a great way to inform the world about PID. Congrats! you must be very proud. What exactly is candida? Is is a type of bacteria? Was it administered by a dermatologist? I am at my wits end on getting rid of my oledest son's warts. We have tried everything and they keep coming back. He has never been immune tested, so to my knowledge he doesn't have any difficeincies so I would think he would respond well to this treatment. Guest guest
Yes I have a billboard..it cost 571 for the artwork...this is anything you want on it....and $400.00 a month to put it up. This is a poster size (half a full size billboard) 1100.00 for the full size...my size works great. Guest guest
I was laying in bed last night when the thought occurred to me - is a billboard a possible means of educating the sheeple??? Something like - Research before you vaccinate (in big letters) with somewhat smaller letters listing the ingredients for instance. I have no idea how much billboards rent for though. But I wonder if it would be possible, if it is quite expensive, to get a bunch of people to chip in. Surely this would make a difference in some people's lives, wouldn't it? Does anyone know if this has been tried or looked in to?
