Guest guest
Hi Pam, I know this is weird. My scar tissue is EVERYWHERE except on my face and my feet...I think. Supposedly inflammation can cause collagen and tissue to form (I have TONS of inflammation from autoimmune diseases and such...not to mention breast implants) in clumps. When you massage it gently, it breaks up the pieces and helps it to heal together smoothly, and normally. Scar tissue can be up to 1000xs more sensitive and painful than regular tissue. So I've got to get this stuff out! It just feels really bumpy, gritty, grindy when you rub me as compared to " normal " people. It's especially bad in my arms, but I've also noticed it on my chest, shoulders, and the backs of my legs. It's really sensitive/painful to touch. Hope this helps!
