YIKES -- I'm GroupStrep B Positive Again.

This is my 2nd baby due in a few weeks, and w/the first baby 2 years ago, I

didn't know any

better and let them give me penicillin. This time aorund I am glad that am

more educated on

the topic, but I am still at a loss as to what to do. I know that I definitely

don't want to take

the antibiotics. But I am also scared to put my baby at risk, even though it's

a very small

percentage. I also spoke to my midwife about this and she said there were some

suppositories I can do, but what's on my chart is there to stay, even if they re

test me.

I am searchinf for support in this issue. I am already 38 weeks pregnant, and

am not so sure

if I have enough time to even try to clear this up. --
