They often test after delivery and give it then. Not sure if they

test at beginning of pregnancy as nothing they can do then.

If this 'hypothetical woman' was concerned about catching rubella and

believed vaccines worked, it would be her responsibility to get the

rubella vaccine before she became pregnant, not yours to be sure that

your son didn't give it to her.
