Hey Patty,

I saw Dr. Kolb today. She does all the chelation methods, but for me

I decided to take it slow. I am incorporating Alpha Lipoic, MSM,

Selenium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E. I purchased Cilantro tincture(Dragon

River)from her office. You can do Cilantro drops if you have three

or less mercury fillings. This is the most potent form of it. At

some point I can probably add Chlorella. I will probably have my

levels tested every three months.

This is a good start for me as I am interested in doing some

cleansing right now. I'm going to start some cranberry water drinks

along with the psyllium husk fiber drinks. I also purchased Barleans

Hi Lignan Flax Oil, which she said the flax oil was good for coating

and soothing the nerves.

Here is one of the most important things I learned today. We both

think I am very sensitive or allergic to tin as I have a history of

metal sensitivities. I'm going to share with you what the lab report

said about tin and I sure hope it will be helpful to someone else.

SYMPTOMS OF EXCESS TIN INCLUDE: skin, eye, and GI tract irritation,

muscle weakness, anemia, and neurodegenerative disease

(demyelinization). My tin was at .78 with .80 being the max. I hit

in the 95th percentile.

Love,

Beth
