(Bill Clinton Foundation buying ARVs from Ranbaxy, Cipla and Matrix Laboratories

of India) is real good development. It means drugs at approx Rs.550/- per month

and that too from Indian companies.

I think, we in India should be able to draw maximum benefit out of it. This

calls for the Government and the donors try to make some funds available for it.

Countries like Brazil have shown, money invested on drugs also yields huge

benefits on the prevention. And I also believe, once drug becomes more

accessible, the issue of stigma and discrimination is also going to go down.
