Funny, I received a rubella vaccine last year at Dartmouth Hitchcock

Clinic in W. Lebanon, NH that almost killed me and left me with a

partial hearing loss. Come to find out, the hospital did NOT record

ANYONE'S vaccine information during that time-frame due to " system

changes " . This is a very large medical teaching facility that

employs over 6,000 people so one can only imagine the number of

patients. So, flu shots, Hep B (for babies), rubella, etc. etc. etc.

were never recorded for anyone in any department!!

I emailed the CDC and they told me that it is not their problem - it

was probably HHS's! They told me that they don't handle that either -

call my state officials. I called my Congresswoman - she couldn't

help me, but did tell me that it is a law since 1986 that vaccine

information is required to be recorded by " healthcare workers " . I

asked the Joint Commission to conduct an investigation - no answer

yet and it has been 6 mo. now I believe. I reported the doctors

involved to the NH Medical Board - no answer yet either. The

newspapers could care less. Attorneys - don't want to get

involved....

Apparently, it is nobody's responsible to make sure that vaccine

information is recorded from what I gathered! It is a law, but not

enforceable.

Uh, o.k. Mr. Curtis . Not only will I remember that blatent lie

that you told, but I will also never forget it.
