Guest guest
I feel for you guys who are addicted to sugar. I my self am a salt person never have liked sugar. I know how hard it would be for me to give up salt. (don't tell me that salt is bad for me too.) It has always been really hard for me to eat the five servings of fruits and veg. they say we need to eat every day, so I take JUICE PLUS, its powered fruits and veg. inside capsules. My girl friend has been taking it for years and when she had her blood cells tested Jim said that the juice plus is probley why her blood cells looked perfect. She does not eat healty and she smokes and drinks beer. Well anyway I started taking it over a year ago instead of a mulit. vit. You may what to give it a try. You can find it on the web. Its by NSA. Guest guest
Cricket, a pill with fruits and veggies? That sounds like a winner to me! I'll have to get some of them for my son too. Like mother like son! Pam > > Daryl, I e-mailed you off the site to let you know how I'm doing > > since I cut out sugar.
