Please believe me when I say I am a true CHOCOHOLIC and a Junk Food Junkie!! Most of my life I never ate vegetables or fruit. I hated all of it and would feed it to my dog so I wouldn't get in trouble when I was a kid. I have to eat chocolate at least once a day or I'll go crazy - at least that's what I've done for many many years. I've read over and over again how the women here have cut out sugar and they are feeling better and that if they have sugar they have symptoms. I didn't want to do it, but after hearing it so much I figured I better at least try it so I could say " It didn't make me feel better...nany nany boo boo! " But, guess what? It's been a week and a half and no sugar and very little wheat...and I'm suddenly able to walk the kids to the bus stop instead of drive (my driveway is 450ft long), I'm taking the baby outside for a walk in the afternoon (my grandson), and even starting to go stir crazy in my house - thinking of what it would be like to go back to work. I am amazed at how good I feel. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop the chocolate and sugar and wheat for 2 weeks and see how you feel. You can find things to eat - if you're like me, it is hard, but I've found some stuff that's pretty good. E-mail me when you get a chance. Are you going to try to go on the trip?
