Guest guest
Cricket, it amazes me how many women say they had to postpone their surgery and that it should have been taken as a sign from God. I had to postpone mine too. I had the flu for the first time in about 10 years! I was throwing up, fever and everything. The plastic surgeon had no problem cancelling my appt and re-scheduling for the following week. I was so disappointed. I think got sick before her surgery too and had to re-schedule. There are others, I just can't remember who right now. We definitely should have known something was wrong, but we didn't listen. Guest guest
Oh yeah this happened not just to me but to my sister as well. She was supposed to get her saline implants with the same PS as me, a month before me, and then her mamogram came back with calcifications on it and she had to cancel, then when my date came I got the worse respiratory thing i had had in years, and had to cancel too, but I rescheduled, I almost didn't, I had vibes that told me not to do it, but everyone kept telling me to do it, or that I would always wish I had, so i went through with it a month later. Wish I had followed those gut instincts and the signs. My sister did the same thing, only she waited for 3 years, and for me to move and be away long enough that she forgot how bad I was. I think also that me being gone and her knowing I was better and leading a great new life made her feel like if something did go wrong for her she would just get them out and get well like I did. She and others that are not ill have no clue what it is like to be that kind of sick, how it changes you FOREVER, no matter how better you get, your never the same after what we have been through, it is totally life altering. Implants changed me in ways that are good too, because I appreciate things more, but bad in some ways because it made me lose me so much precious time with my kid. Yeah I had that experience like you also. wierd huh? Another coincidence? Not likely.
