Guest guest
Hi, Last night, a temporary home was found for this family who is fleeing from a medical community gone mad with power and a need to control. For those who are unaware, this family is under a court order to vaccinate their now 4 day old baby boy against Hep B because the mother has a Hep B positive status (not the same as suffering from Hep B a subtle point the newspapers and medical community seem unable to understand). I personally want to thank the family that has taken her in and to also thank all those who have offered a place for this family to stay. For the present, they will be fine where they are. They are still in urgent need of legal help however and with Monday just a day away and with the court order now being extended until Monday and the police given powers to continue searching for them until then (how many of yours and my tax dollars are being wasted on this hunt for the innocent?) this situation is not looking any better now than it did on Thursday when the hunt began and the court order was granted. I don¹t know how many of you saw the hatchet job that the ABC news did last night, but if you didn¹t, go look at their web site. And then, write them a letter to let them know how you feel about their biased reporting. I had provided so many statistics and so much information in my interview and instead, they made it look like Isaacs whose 5-40% infection with Hep B statistic quoted comes from where???? - was the only one who actually was allowed to put in facts. Selective reporting at its worst. Anyway, please remember to visit our web site www.avn.org.au - and to donate to the fighting fund. At this point, I am unsure of how much money will be needed for legal fees and am hoping to find a lawyer willing to help for costs without charging for time, but since we have no lawyer at all right now it¹s a big question mark. All the best, Meryl
