2 year old had fever/now vomiting

My two year old who is unvaccinated had a temp. yesterday and last

night the temp. went down, but is now vomiting infrequently. I am

scared and I can't help thinking of possibly meng./hib. This is the

first time she has vomited and my older dd usually has vomits when she

has a temp., not after.
