Guest guest
I was thinking about this today. What to people in these states do? Isn't it unconstitutional to make someone go against their religious beliefs and make them vaccinate their kids for school? Anyone here live in one of these places? What is your experience? They homeschool. You'd think it would be unconstitutional but it was ruled to be legal many years ago Sheri > > Bronwyn > Wife to Kurt since 5/02 > Mom to: > Dorian (7/04) > Faith (2/06) > Quinn (4/08) > and my faithful steed Teo (4/91) since 9/95 > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
Also people in Montana do not have a full exemption for their kiddos... It is K-12 however, there are some inconsistancies for preschools/daycares... So essentially the exemptions are not available until your child enters K in MT. I wonder how many other states have loop holes or inconsistencies in their laws. There is a group in Montana that is working to improve/update the regulations/law. Guest guest
How is it possible that these states do not have religious exemptions? Doesn't this go against the U.S. Constitution?
