Guest guest
My 4 year old unvaxed son has been in preschool for about a month. Now that I think back, I don't think I filled out the forms correctly. I did give the school a signed letter with my religious exemption, but I never put anything on the forms to not vax with anything in case of emergency. What should I put there? Would a simple " No vaccines under any circumstances. " do? Anything else? I really don't want anything given to unless I'm there and it's really needed, like Tylenol, Motrin, etc. I assume I can ask the school for the form, so that I can amend it. Any and all ideas are appreciated. Magda
