Guest guest
I think that is an ok amount of supplements, but I would highly recomend that you take MSM it is awesome for hair, joints, pain etc. I love that supplement. I also don't think Chromium picolinate has been proven to be that great. In fact some research has now indicated it is not good, but again who knows. I think a good multi vitamin will give you allot of this stuff in one tablet, just make sure you get one that disolves in water! Do the water test. Oh the calcium citrate or liquid calcium are best, avoid the carbonate, it is not well absorbed and will build up in joints and tendons and cause painful cysts and bone spurs.
