I think that is an ok amount of supplements, but I would highly

recomend that you take MSM it is awesome for hair, joints, pain etc.

I love that supplement. I also don't think Chromium picolinate has

been proven to be that great. In fact some research has now indicated

it is not good, but again who knows. I think a good multi vitamin

will give you allot of this stuff in one tablet, just make sure you

get one that disolves in water! Do the water test.

Oh the calcium citrate or liquid calcium are best, avoid the

carbonate, it is not well absorbed and will build up in joints and

tendons and cause painful cysts and bone spurs.
