Supplements. What kind, how much?

I have a quick question about supplements. I've been taking the

following and I want to know if I'm taking too much or not enough.

Magnesium: 500mg/day

L-Carnitine 500mg/day

Caltrate Plus 600mg/2xday

Chromium Picolinate 400mcg/day

Co-Q10 30mg/day

Flax Oil 1000 mg 6/day

Maxi-Zyme (digestive enzymes) 1 or 2/day

Vitamin C 1000mg 3-5/day

I've heard that Calcium Carbonate (by ??) isn't the kind that

we absorb, is that right? Or am I taking the right one? I don't

remember!

And, is cutting out Wheat as important as sugar in controlling

Candida Yeast? I do have the positive spit test, so I'm sure I have

it. And I've been feeling much better since cutting out sugar and

most wheat.

Any info will be greatly appreciated!
