You should cook your brown rice fresh every time, so no fungus buildup can

happen on the leftovers. I learned that from a friend in CA who goes to

Dr. Kellas. I bought the unleavened bread from health food stores, kept it

in the freezer, and just had one slice a day. You can get spelt, rice, all

kinds of breads that do not contain wheat. No yeast.
