What is Ruta? You can e-mail me off list. I injured my foot about 4

months ago or more. It's slowly healing. I'm not sure what happened. It

seems I kicked something that didn't budge and than later I would be

walking and hit a hole in the ground and twist it.

I'm finally where I can walk on it but it still hurts and twinges.

Weird. I don't have insurance so haven't gone to a Dr.

I would love to know more about this Ruta/ Traumeel stuff you mentioned

though.

for six months. Also, Traumeel is a great cream to put on injuries (but

not on broken skin). I'm off to buy some for a foot problem in my

little fellow--he got kicked in the foot during soccer. Plantar

fasciitis says the doc.
