What training do docs get on vax?

Does anyone know what training docs get on what's in those syringes?  From what

I've seen in most dr offices, there's a sales rep dressed in a nice suit with

free samples ready to give out but I don't believe they have any medical/science

background so how are the docs educated on what they're buying/dispensing?  Do

they go to classes, if so, who provides them?  or do they read (laugh!) the

inserts like the rest of us?
