Guest guest
Beth: It was my experience that when I took too many supps I also did not feel as good as if I just took a minimum amount. I am not taking a multi vitamin right now so I cannot really recomend one, I am sure someone else here has better ideas than me on that one. If your working out, the sweat could also be full of toxins causing a rash. Make sure and shower after you work out so that the stuff does not sit on your body too long. Imagine that, your own sweat being toxic, really crazy. I remember in the beginning after my explant, I would work out so freaking hard (tons of anger to release) that I would just be soaked, and it (not to be gross) had the wierdest odor, not a sweat smell, more like a chemical smell. It was very strange. I don't get that anymore, so I take it as a good sign. Guest guest
Beth: i think it is a good idea to take everything on the protocol as they all work together however, i started out with one of each supplement a day then worked up to two and so on. when i did start to get sick i cut back on everything by one pill for a few days and then worked my way up again. I did not do the coffee enema but did take colonics and that works great for me.naturalbeauty38 <naturalbeauty38@...> wrote: Beth:It was my experience that when I took too many supps I also did not feel as good as if I just took a minimum amount. Guest guest
Thanks . I actually started feeling worse after I started all the supplements so I have backed off a little. She also took me off some, super malic for one because it makes the twitches worse. The MSM I'm just not sure about because I don't have any joint pain and I thought that's what it was for. I could always add it back in I guess. I know it's sulfur based so the garlic could possibly be a substitute for that. I'm just trying to follow my body and listen to it for once. Thanks again, Beth
Guest guest
Hi Vickie, Thanks, I agree. I think taking them all at once can be daunting to the body. I am slowly adding everything back in. I have started back on probiotic, b-12 and will start with the others. She has sort of tailored this for me since I mostly have neuro. problems. She took me off super malic because it makes my muscle twitches worse. My energy is really good right now and yesterday she said she thought my problems were due mostly to the tin and maybe some other chemicals in the implants, not necessarily silicone. I just feel very led to do some detoxing. I have been praying and talking to God about which direction I should go and the enemas and saunas keep coming back to me. So I guess I'll give it a try and see what happens! Thanks, Beth
Guest guest
Beth: I guess I did not realize that you don't have any pain issues, I just made that asumption since so many of us do. If you don't feel you need it then don't take it (the MSM) either way though it is one of the more proven ones for joint issues and there is some who believe it helps to keep your hair and fingernails strong longer, etc but like I said if you don't want to take another pill every day then it should not mess up your reimine at all. Guest guest
I love juice plus. it just makes more sence to me to get vit. and minerals from a food source. no strange side effects.
