I also wanted to tell you that every state has an agency that handles

insurance company complaints. Google insurance, your state, consumer

complaints. I would call your insurance company back and get that

person's name. Then tell them that you are filing a complaint for

harassment. Document everything too for your records. Then turn

around and file a complaint against them once you get the agency's

phone# and address. Keep us posted!
