Dear FORUM,

While I appreciate Mr Soni's concern, love and affection for infected

and affected people, hiring 50% staff from infected and affected

community will be a disastrous model from economic point of view.

Please remember that we should have a model which is economically

viable over time. Have you hired any infected person yet? If yes, you

must be knowing the extent of person days lost due to different

reasons....Yes, I have some IDEA about it. Anyway, do not imagine

(not even in your dream) to have a model with more than 10% infected

and affected community.

Regards

Dr. A. Rajatashuvra- an economist with real models in mind...
